In NPCÌs need for effective grid management, MATEC became an acknowledged partner in the commissioning of sophisticated electronic data processing systems and equipment such as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Power Line Carriers (PLC), Fault Monitoring and Sequence of Event Recorders (FM/SER).

European transmission technology in the high voltage field has seeped into the medium and low voltage transmission levels. The current trend for industrial, commercial and residential complexes shows a preference for reliable underground cabling systems.
